Returns & Exchanges

At Cellar Door, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if an item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all garment tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
